The online ordering experience was very easy. They have lots of options! I appreciated that there was extra space while ordering to add additional comments and/or requests. I ordered online over the weekend for a funeral on Monday. They arrived early Monday afternoon, several hours before the funeral! Very timely and efficient. Highly recommend!

The arrangement was gorgeous. My daughter loved them! It was delivered within two hours of my order which was so awesome! I will always use Butterfields when needing flowers in the area! Very wonderful experience!

Ready in a quick and reasonable time after placing the order. The bouquet was beautifully made and impressed the recipients. The workers were also very kind and helpful.

Butterfield’s did not have in exactly what I ordered, so they called me and asked if they could substitute an upgrade. I said anything is fine, just adds a little color. This was a potted plant for a funeral. To my surprise, the upgrade was breathtaking! It was a huge potted plant where the leaves were orange and 2 shades of green. I was so appreciative! I’ve used the many times and was never disappointed.

The flower were beautiful in better than expected! They accommodated the time that the delivery was requested. I’ve never been disappointed with this business!

Butterfields did an amazing job, as always! I remember when I was a little girl, they were who my Dad always used when he wanted to surprise my mom with flowers at work. The arrangements were gorgeous! So, when we wanted to surprise her with flowers from our daughter, it was an easy choice to make. We chose the "Designer's Choice" arrangement and I gave a few color preferences and the result was just what I had wanted for my mom!

I cannot recommend this place enough! They went above and beyond to make sure all 5 of my deliveries got delivered on time to two different places (& each person who received them absolutely LOVED them!!!)

I will never go to another florist again. Don’t hesitate, don’t keep searching…you have found your florist. I recommend calling them, personally, and they will accommodate you the best they can — like they can remove flowers / swap colors / swap vases / etc. for your bouquet, whereas the website doesn’t. But either way you order, I promise you’ll be more than shop with the results.
