Amazing experience! One of the florists called me to let me know they had miscounted on their high and magic roses, so instead they took what they had left and made a new arrangement with some other wonderful roses and even added some extra! The communication and resolution of the issue was top notch professional and they did a great job! Thank you Butterfields!
